Student Absence Procedures
SafeArrival Absence Reporting System
We will be using the SafeArrival absence reporting system starting on Monday, April 25, 2022.
Please use the SchoolMessenger mobile app, the toll-free number (1-833-244-5565), or the website to report your child's absence in advance.
Please read the following documents in preparation, and set up your email / phone in the system. Thank you!

Student Absences
(Procedure prior to Monday, April 5, 2022)
If a child will not be attending school due to illness, an appointment, an event or for personal reasons, please call the school's attendance line by 8:05 AM (available 24/7) to let us know.
Attendance Line: 403-945-4137; please call by 8:05 AM
Please give us the following information:
- Child's name (spelling of the name is helpful)
- Grade & Homeroom Teacher
- Reason for absence / lateness
- Length of absence, if more than one day
